Town zoning regs are now moot, state supersedes all. Developers get preferential treatment. I live in New Fairfield, they’ve been positioning for months/years. Very dangerous possibility of eminent domain to meet state regs for percentage of section 8 housing. They could take my property.

In order to vote you should have to pass the citizenship exam. An uneducated electorate is the recipe for disaster. Once heard a guy say he couldn’t vote for a candidate b/c they were too tall. That type of thinking should be unable to vote.
