Trump’s constant racism has always, and will always bother me, but I just looked up the origin of the name, Hussein. As in Barack Hussein Obama. I am delighted to read that it’s Arabic in origin, meaning good or handsome. I love that. ❤️

Does he know the Hussein is not a derogatory name when used with that audience?? I like that he uses it though because he clearly doesn’t know that it derives from the Arabic word for handsome.

People tend to be against this because they think that those companies are owed that money. Well, they are, but it’s not costing them as much as you think. The majority of those companies sell that debt. They’ve already written it off. I don’t feel like it should be legal to sell debt.

I deactivated my Facebook and conversely started spending more time on Instagram. Now my Instagram is becoming more and more political. Is it because I’m there and the things I’m interacting with, or is Instagram becoming more political? What are your thoughts? Are they trying to make me unhappy?

I just saw someone on Reddit compare the destruction of the entire east wing of the White House to Obama converting an existing tennis court to a basketball court, by painting lines on it and putting up a hoop. So, anyway, I think the mistake I made was getting into the internet.

When I break up with Facebook, I always turn to other social channels to air my stream of consciousness. It’s kind of weird that I don’t really do that on Facebook as much as I used to. But now, when I’m on Facebook, I find myself mindlessly scrolling. Not always even doomscrolling. Just scrolling.
