What are the best (not super expensive) CMS out there? So far I've tried strapi and contenful

Since I love exploring cities, and sometimes I can't find some stuff on Google maps, I'm working on an app to help find & rate basic stuff like benches and public toilets and more.

For those who would use such an app what would you want to find in an app like this?
