The losers were the families of children with gender dysphoria. They brought the case. Was it flimsy? Not to them. Unpopular? Sure, among some for specific reasons. Male access to female sports I agree should not be allowed, but because hormone suppression cannot reduce testosterone enough.

As I mentioned - gardens evolve. If congress wanted it not evolving they should have passed a law to that effect ages ago. Same with the interior of the whitehouse. Sadly, it seems to always take Republican's acting badly for Democrats to take action. Maybe some PREVENTION is in order?

And by the way, if you fail to follow the constition by violating the 4th amendment, and numerous dependent laws, you aren't acting within the laws and are, in fact, engaging in criminal behavior. They don't even get to claim qualified immunity because illegal acts are not covered.
