Ask "Tell me about the last time this problem occurred."

Be a good doctor:

✔ Listen to symptoms without jumping to solutions

✔ Investigate beyond what's immediately visible

✔ Use your expertise to diagnose root causes

✔ Collaborate with devs on the right intervention

Imagine walking into a clinic with back pain and the doctor asks: "What drug would you like?"

Would you trust that doctor? Nope.
So don't be that doctor.

"How can we make this product better for you?" sounds user-centric. Buuut.. your users don't spend their day thinking about how to improve your product.

That's your job, not theirs.
