I was on 4 mg & increased to 8 mg, which greatly helped! I also cope by making sure I have stomach-calming tea & ginger juice that I can add to water or tea (I can buy on Amazon). And if all that isn't working sniffing an alcohol wipe can help relieve nausea and vomiting. It's odd, but it works!

It depends on what type of flare I'm having. My symptoms can greatly vary when I'm having a flare. But I guess I always make sure I have electrolytes and salty snacks nearby🫶🏽
