Due to everything going on with X recently, I have personally chosen not to post there anymore. However, I recognize that this puts artists in a tough spot as policing where clients share art can damage their clientele greatly. At the very least, you can clearly explain the risks to your client.

clarifying your copyright, stating you don’t consent to AI use, and shifting responsibility for posting risks to the client. Feel free to use / edit it as needed and please share to other creators! If you do not have a TOS, please make one & protect yourself. 2/2
