I did the biscuit in yogurt thing (oreos in coconut yogurt) and it tastes very good!! it’s not cheesecake at all, but a nice sweet treat nonetheless

I gave my last name to a delivery person at work and he immediately asked where it was from. when I said Portugal he said “oh do you like baking?” which felt totally random, but then when I said yes he went “every portuguese person I deliver to likes to bake :)” incredibly random and wholesome
