Thanks! The head is solid foam with a monster mud treatment (fabric coated with joint compound mixed with outdoor acrylic paint). The body is a skeleton torso covered in paint washes, moss and large pieces of a big mushroom/fungi I found on the property.

I have “hidden” the candy in the basement to avoid my usual all day pattern of “ok, I need to do THIS next but first, candy”.
