100% they’ve never really been a January transfer team so wouldn’t be super surprised if they don’t, but I’d expect heavy backing in the summer.

In fairness they were never going to allow big signings before the manager had shown something.

I think the ‘havent had an offer’ is easily construed as ‘dont want to offer’.
It’s much more likely ‘haven’t confirmed the details that could allow an offer’

Completely agree, but it also seems obvious the issue was the message not being heard, more than an issue with the message itself.
Agree that falls squarely on the game plan, more than the players..
