Looks tasty. Never tried it honestly.

I always cooked some spiral spaghetti with chicken meat. Plus some chopped onions and chopped carrots that both were fried on pan.

My mom used to cook that. Pretty tasty I must say

- Talk to your best friends and just hangout with them for a while.
- Play some games to relax.

- Don't work when you don't feel good enough for working

- Find a safe space to be in at least for the time until you feel better
- Don't listen to people who wants you to immediately make everything good right now
...

Also I remember when a professor from our university told me and other students about some relationships between programmers and the people who are expecting too much from them. He said:

Yeah. I can relate to that.

It's almost like those memes about programmers:
