I just need everyone to know that my last migraine he figured out if he lays against my head/neck it helps a bit so he kept doing it & it made me happy cry

As an extra precaution, if you're using Firefox, it has Container Tabs which stop Facebook from snooping outside its tab when it's open. As a result, I have no activity to delete from mine, but coupled with these steps, it's an extra measure to make sure they don't track you.

PLEASE NOTE: tons of people are saying even if they made a facebook YEARS ago, they just discovered they’re still tracking your active data. If you have Instagram, this is ALSO happening — you should turn it off too.

I mean it when I say I thought I did everything to avoid this. 😒
