You really express that well. The sudden alone in a crowd feeling and especially the fear of using people to assuage loneliness or something. That’s something I think about too. To the point where I think I’ve maybe become a bit too cautious. I hope you find something nice to do today ♡

I feel you. It’s hard to keep moving forward but it’s all you really can do. And isn’t being alone a lot crazy? I’m the same way and most of the time it’s perfectly fine but then suddenly it just feels so isolating and crushing. Keep your head up! I’m around your age (40) if you wanna vent more ♡
