I am sure they will use the shutdown to further misinterpret laws and do illegal things like trying to use it to fire People but it would still be illegal. If Dems vote for cloture or the CR, there is a section that allows the president the power to legally shut down nearly anything he wants.

Transparently, I didn't watch the interview, so I can't tell you for sure. What I can tell you is that they have forcefully gained access to everything they wanted in all of the agencies. However there have been some legal challenges.

No it isn't true. In theory, would make physical access easier, but the reality is that they already have the physical access they want.

Given the recent firings of some of our white hat hackers, the group may come back. They were dismantled, though.

Up until now, they have been forced to do most of this illegally. The courts are going to catch up to them.

Voting "yes" on cloture or the CR would allow them to shutter agencies legally. Supporting this is unacceptable. Do not fold!
