I made him a little pullover from scraps. I do think the sleeves should be longer, but this was the pattern that was supposed to fit? Might need to adjust it next time.

Started doing film photography again and these turned out okay I think. The film had some mistakes but you can't see it as badly in these. I don't know the film terminology, I just bought a cheap analogue compact camera and am enjoying the process XD

tried this new (to me) technique to sketch without a pencil by sketching with a waterbased marker, then painting over it and use a ballpoint pen to do the outlines and it has taken the scary part out of not being able to erase.

Oh, sure. It's a bit dreary today so the light isn't ideal, sorry. It's a przewalski horse on the left and a donkey on the right. They're made by an artist in vienna and they are technically kids toys.

Some more. I think the first one could be cool to do a study off, with the sun coming through the leaves. The last two I took for ref bcs I really like how blue the shadows are, the reflections of the sky in the shadow is much easier to see on smooth man made structures.

Some pics from my walk, you can see the grass is really suffering under the heat, but I really like the composition of the last one. The yellow grass and the green leaves look really cool.

And two ferns, a staghorn fern and the second one was called crocodile fern on the label but I don't know if that is what it is actually called.
