15. ENDER MAGNOLIA: BLOOM IN THE MIST
I hope they're making ten more of this. Long live the Ender series.

By the by, I finally started Ender Magnolia and this is the part that made me go "Oh yeah, this is definitely an Ender Lilies sequel"

14. PRESENCE
Doesn't quite work for me, but still watchable even if it's just for the unique presentation alone.

13. THE COLORS WITHIN
Naoko Yamada made me watch a Christian rock-themed movie and you know what, I love her for that.

Sometimes you need to watch TV shows that start off fairly conventionally before slowly spiraling down into a metatextual madness in the finale just to feel something.

12. TWIN PEAKS: THE RETURN
I'm content with not fully understanding it, if that means I'd be constantly thinking about it from now on.

11. TWIN PEAKS: THE MISSING PIECES
For a literal compilation movie of extended and deleted scenes, it's surprisingly quite emotionally affecting.

The way both FWWM and EoE end with the message of there's always a chance of love and salvation to come to you no matter how fucked up you thought you were absolutely ruined me.

Kindred spirits of movies by the sheer virtue of sharing the same sense of compassion.

10. TWIN PEAKS: FIRE WALK WITH ME
I've never felt this way since The End of Evangelion, which makes me tremble at the thought of what kind of horrors are waiting for me in The Return.

9. TWIN PEAKS: SEASON 2
It's the Gundam ZZ of Twin Peaks.

"Elaborate on that."

Okay.

"Twin Peaks is not an anime!"
I don't know, go talk to a wall or something.

8. TWIN PEAKS: SEASON 1
Again with an extended rambling that this media thread format won't do justice to.

I'm just four episodes into Twin Peaks and I'm already browsing for Twin Peaks t-shirts.

Quite possibly the most tone deaf purchase ever.

Started Rojo no Ruka, the extended miniseries re-edit of Shunji Iwai's Kyrie no Uta movie which seems to be considered as the superior cut, and I need everyone to see the wigs Suzu Hirose wears in a span of single 30 minutes episode.

The barista immediately plays The One With the Wurlitzer as soon as I take my order, life can be beautiful sometimes.

6. FEW3H - AZURE GLEAM
Some weird story choices in Part II held this one back from reaching its true potentials, but it still packs some emotional moments and satisfying payoffs. Call me biased, but it might as well be the Blue Lions' ultimate power fantasy and I enjoyed the heck out of it, lol.

5. THE CONCIERGE
A very wholesome movie that knows what it wants and needs to be with a simple episodic story and runtime that's only over an hour long, so it never drags one bit. Some might think it's a saccharine take on the hospitality industry but hey, it works.

4. THE END
A 2.5 hours single set post-apocalyptic musical shouldn't have been this disjointed, stiff, and intrigue-free, but here we are. But I don't think I completely dislike it, maybe I kinda appreciate it on a conceptual level? I don't know. Who the fuck knows. I'm confused.

3. A REAL PAIN
A compact and bittersweet journey. Has some familiar trappings typical of road movies and its sarcasm-laden humor can be a bit too much but when it actually hits the feels, it hits extremely hard, especially with the tonal switch being done so organically.

2. FLOW
Absolutely incredible. Wasn't expecting this to be extremely intense, poignant, and heartwarming at the same time, with apocalyptic and mystical undertones adding a welcome weight and contrast to its otherwise grounded portrayal of nature, especially the animals.
