If that Drow raid never came, Zuhur probably would have kept pretty stationary and inherited the family jeweling business with his sister. Maybe find a nice, non-vampiric partner to settle down with, would've been far more okay with having kids. Living the village life.

Settling isn't in the near-future for Zu and Astarion after the game. For Star's safety, and some untied loose ends coming Zu, it'll be back to the Underdark with them, at the very least until Star can walk in the sun again.
