I can't understand the radio silence and lack of reassurance. It doesn't inspire confidence. The whole strength of Affinity as a software suite seemed to be in offering the alternative to the increasingly expensive subscription model (and now with AI rammed in without in to boot).

I've been using it for nearly a year and have felt it delivers more relevant results consistently. If you want AI adding a question mark to a query gives you a summary based on the search results with citations which is quite handy as an overview of where to look further. Plus no ads is always good.
