Personally, I think it is more respectable to not beg for mercy from people who are willing to set themselves on fire to kill those they view as less than human.

Yeah - especially since some of that sex scene discourse started because of an article on news sites.
So some of those antis might not know how anti-sex antis are - either because they aren't as deep as other antis or just haven't actually been paying attention to any of the discourse.

And then add in that there are people with dual health care plans - aka a primary insurance and a secondary insurance - big reason why someone might do that is meds - and yes even people part of those groups that get covered might still have a secondary plan.
So yeah shit ends up being a mess.

Plus even then some are fiddly in that it doesn't cover everything - like veteran health care for non-service related health stuff depends on VA disability rating and other stuff.
So shit is even more complex since it isn't as easy as saying someone part of this group gets full coverage.
