Slept like a baby on the way home to EWR, with the exhaustion that creeps up on you after the end of an airline conference

Was pleasantly surprised to see TWG tea in DEL and had to stop myself from automatically going to the SQ check-in counter :)

Landed at DEL T1, the domestic terminal, and jumped on the free shuttle bus to T3 where international flights depart from

Fun little touches on the IndiGo flight, from the trivia on the cup to the message on the door to the cockpit

Then the first time on IndiGo, flying JAI-DEL. JAI is home to a handful of gates - my gate was literally right after security

First time flying on Air India Express, on the very short DEL-JAI route

Recently returned from India, for #IATAAGM followed by quick solo trip to Jaipur. It was my first time in India (country no. 51!), with many aviation firsts, starting with my first time in United’s Polaris

One of the many wonderful things about NYC - coming across MTA music auditions in Grand Central Madison. Also, years after journalism, I still find myself drawn to the press check-in 🙋🏻‍♀️

Sorting through more than 15 years’ worth of business cards is quite the trip down memory lane. Oh the places you will go and the people you will meet when you join the aviation industry ✈️

Started a new book that promises to be both weird and wonderful. The aircraft registrations check out sometimes, but not this one.

For the past 1.5 years, I’ve become what is probably the NYC version of a transit supercommuter: Walk➡️Subway➡️LIRR➡️AirTrain➡️Port Authority shuttle bus. In a commute with so many points of failure, this was a small wrinkle but can I just point out this is an elevator, not escalator 🙃
