I don’t have the original or any other reissue so I was happy to see this Tone Poet release.

I also love the Neil Young song on the soundtrack. Not sure I can think of another soundtrack with two giants lending such great songs.

I was worried a bit that it would sell out before my order was filled, but came yesterday thankfully

This movie is at the top of my list of movies that should’ve been better than they were. Good director, interesting premise, good cast. But somehow it just lost its way. #yesterday

I’m a big Tom Petty fan, but I still think this is the one where they lifted the riff from The Jayhawks

100% agree. And I would hope some of the companies would make a choice at least to be a human music only platform.

Personally, I’ve been going away from streaming as much as I can by buying physical and by building a networked digital library for basically our internal family streaming.

Ella’s Songbooks are such a treasure. I think my personal favorite is the Cole Porter.

My older sisters, all born well before 1960 were born into a much different world than I was. Something definitely changed. There’s also a theory that there’s a generation between the two that they call generation Jones that I think goes from about 54-65. I think this would make sense also.

As someone who was born at the tail end of what is considered the baby boomer generation, I am a strong believer that Gen X started a couple years earlier than we currently assume. This would put Obama squarely on the boundary between X and Boomer.
