I like how this focuses on realistic nutrition changes. Families need info that isn’t overwhelming, and this does that well! @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I love how you framed it as “a single sustainable habit.” It really shows how doing one thing consistently can feel way less overwhelming than changing everything overnight. I feel like that’s something we can actually use with patients instead of just handing them a huge list of diet rules. #beh353

that’s a good point — I didn’t realize hunger was so tied to hormones either. It really changes how we think about “self-control.” Helping patients understand that it’s biology, not weakness, could make a big difference. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

that's so true! I used to think that B12 shots were only for energy. It's surprising how much more there is to it, especially how not getting enough of it can cause serious neurological problems, not just sleepiness. @beh353.bsky.social #beh353

I totally relate — I used to take multivitamins every morning thinking they were always good for me. Learning that too much of certain vitamins can actually cause harm really changed my perspective. It’s crazy how easy it is to overdo something that seems so harmless!

agreed!! Those kinds of diets often harm more than they help. To get all the nutrients our bodies need, we need a range of foods. It may be tempting to make quick changes, but making slow, steady changes to your lifestyle is what will really work and help you have a better relationship with food.

i agree! People often take intermittent fasting out of context. It can help some people, but not everyone in the same way.  people should focus more on balanced, consistent habits rather than bad ones..
