There are also so many different systems out there its not even a joke. GURPS, Pathfinder, WH40K RPG, Genesis, Call of Cthulhu, Dresden Files RPG. Deadlands even got a revival

On a sidenote, its pretty sad people have forgotten the OGL scandal and how they felt no remorse about it, then they tried using Human Rights as a coverup. The whole scandal was a money scheme from the getgo, it never was about human rights.

You can, however, convert D&D 3.5e to PF1e cuz PF1e is basically the same as 3.5e, just with an extra set of house rules

You can certainly try, but PF2e is EXTREMELY different than PF1e (blame WotC for that). Like its an entirely different system altogether.

My complaint with 1e is you have to know what build you want and you have to know how to play it in higher level campaigns. Otherwise, your char will suffer.

I know there is a lot of people who like PF2e, but as a GM, I prefer 1e cuz char sheets are easier to build and combat is generally shorter

Ngl, WotC has REALLY gone downhill after the OGL scandal. Its also why I stopped running 5e and refused to pick up or play in any D&D game that uses the 2024 ruleset

"Limited Edition" is how companies legally inflate prices of their goods to make more money. In this case, you are paying $600 for a piece of poster board with ink on both sides of it. I am glad I quit Magic so I dont feel tempted to buy individual cards.
