Who said there wouldn’t be prosecution? Trump and the Republican run chambers may try to delay it but based on what I’m hearing from even the establishment Democrats is that there will be an accounting if they can retake either chamber or get republicans to break and the state is investigating now.

Stop with the impossibly high standards. He said it needed top down/bottom up reform and you are mad he didn’t want to make the pointlessly symbolic gesture of saying “abolish ICE.” We will always have some form of federal immigration enforcement because having “open borders” would be unpopular.

They are violating the Constitutional rights of citizens from both state and federal constitutions. Is there any way to resist? I wonder if getting local authorities to shadow them and enforce the law of the land would help? They are arresting innocent citizens too.

Sir. It is your job to maintain law and order. The Way Forward Act and Section 20 of the Illinois Constitution are being violated. You can’t allow citizens to be detained. You could have your police lock arms and passively resist the raids if you wanted to. Action is needed.

And what, pray tell, is mainstream media? Last I checked most of the channels that are allowed to report from the white house are those that are willing to repeat and validate his lies. CNN and MSNBC are garbage. So where do you get your news?
