For real, it wasn’t like he left Boston because he wanted to. C’s traded him to MEM as part of the KP deal that netted banner 18. Biggest difference between this situation vs Sox/Garciaparra, Nomar started making it about $ & his contract instead of winning 1st. Smart was in yr 2 of a 4 yr extension

THIS!!!! There is only 1 minority group that ANYONE can become a part of & that is the disabled community. Hearing, visual & immunity impairments occur frequently to the healthiest people but everyone always assumes that it’s tied to a visible/physical disability that ties you to a wheelchair, etc
