How do we know that that would have allowed labeling nonprofits as a terrorist supporting organization?

Yes I cut it off and I either shop local or actually I’ve been using Etsy a lot recently. Also there’s an app called “Goods Unite Us” that tells you the political affiliates of many different brands such as target, wal-mart, etc. I check that before shopping somewhere.
