Yes,if you visit a Dr who is connected to the hospital and even if you visit said Dr at his office,you are charged a facility fee. insurance does not cover this. I stopped going to my gynecologist for mammogram as the Facility fee $200. I go to breast clinic now.

Yep...many Chinese and Russian babies are born here...get their passport and birth certificate and go back to China and Russia. When older they come back to USA..
