Me: My insurance doesn't cover this med. I'll pay cash.

CVS: We're owned by an insurance company. We can't do that.

Me: I can't pay ... cash?

CVS: No. Have your doctor tell your insurance you need this.

Me: Isn't that what a prescription does?
