Is it not time for all golf tours to relax dress code to include shorts for players?
We see them in practice etc in shorts so why not in actual tournament play?

PGA tour again exposes unfairness! Knapp in the Zurich Classic - no way burrowing animal! But still referree gives relief! Poor decision, would never be considered in a normal club event!
