But they haven’t actually “cut” funding.. the wording is important.. there are certainly arguments to increase spending I agree, (though I’m sure there are things like diet books that we can do without)

But are there actually cuts to the funding? Genuine question.. I read that they increased the number of jobs by 25% three years ago, did not reduce CEO huge bonuses and now can’t balance the books.
