Spam from the tin is still acceptable, it’s at navy beans from the tin (still immersed in their acquafaba) where I draw a line.

Have you faced the issue of mayonnaise in baking yet? Beyond the obvious grilled toast (which is great), I have deep curiosity about mayonnaise cookies and “French style meat” (Russian baked steak)

Watermelon and beef, cheese and pears (or figs), pumpkin and salmon, mushroom and apricot, cauliflower and dark chocolate, caviar and banana, coconut and basil, apple and crab, lobster and vanilla... it's a long list :)

In italy each region has its own traditions, usually there are appetizers (many), then tortellini in brodo/lasagne/tagliatelle/ravioli or risottos, then mixed boiled/roast/stuffed capon or fish dishes, reinforced salads; at the end nougat, pandoro and panettone, panforte, sweet wines
