I’ve been living in hope that he will be outed by republican lawmakers that “wake up” and see him for what he is. Today, I gave up on that. The midterms are a long way off now, he can do a lot more damage before then!

Not quite sure you are correct there. He may be making a valid point in that if immigrants from the same place are relocated together en masse, they will likely not integrate as well with our society as if they were relocated and separated from each other. They have to integrate if separated.
