What if Agony isn't Anima, but it's the negativity/pain magic like that which comes from the Rift of Aln? Which could be a reason all the Nightmare magic is red. The removal of Azeroth could've generated tons of Agony

I do wonder if Xal really thought he had the dark heart or she's just messing with him here. There is a possibility that Ethereal is not working for her even if Alleria thought so.

I feel like this set and its associated items were a love letter from the artists to Gnomes due to a Goblin patch on the horizon.

Looks like there will be zone and renown gear themed around Goblins, but starting with Amirdrassil it seems they completely dropped the tier themes.

Like it's a society/guild now vs a nation-state, so there can be Kirin Tor reps in different areas, maybe clashing with the regional mage groups like Arcanitals, Tidesages, Runeweavers etc

This plot beat feels like a reason to have mages more spread across Azeroth in the different hubs.

This is a shockingly clever way of bringing back KT AND rewriting him, as I assume this version would have nothing to do with the Jailer just yet.
