Today I renegotiated my contract with Dark Lord Satan at the "Devil's Marble Yard". I have to make dumb jokes for another year, it seems. I also should NOT be climbing on crap like this at my age, but you know how Satan is. BTW, this is like a small section of this. It's crazy big.

I once wanted to relive my fading childhood by buying an old toy from eBay that nobody but me wanted. I offered twice the price in a "buy now offer" just to get it and the seller declined, and as I was the only person in the auction, I won it for half the price. And Happy Halloween Matt.

While not a direct influence (that would be Randy Rhoades) Ace Frehley was the Rock n Roll in KISS. So much of the foundation of modern rock came from guitarist whose favorite guitarist was Ace. Here's me in a KISS cover band back in the 90s. RIP Space Ace, you will be missed.

Let's be honest, I'll take Kaine any way as I love the character, but the trench coat look is the chef's kiss, though, it could use a couple more shoulder spikes ....

Quick update as I now have a system for 2D overlays that follow 3D space, for things like names or slight glows on the flames (it's subtle.). Basically allows you to draw things that ray trace cleanly but need to draw over the map (like "camera" glows would.) #noai #videogames #developer
