He is certainly very disappointing. He seems to have lost his left wing lean and is falling rapidly to the right - obviously the lobbyists have got to him, like they always do. I’d like to see a spill, but I don’t have much faith in the rest of the party either.

WHY involve the LNP???? Just get rid of AUKUS FFS - there is no way we should be allied to a country run by a fascist, demented idiot who wants to control the way we deal with immigration. He is a dangerous, evil criminal & can’t be trusted to do anything other than inflating his own wealth & ego.

Agreed - I am hoping it will give confidence to any politicians with socialist leanings that this sort of change is what people are wanting. We need multiple clones of this inspiring new mayor here in Australia.

I voted independent last time and nothing Labor has done since the election has inspired me to vote for them next time, either. Very disappointing performance from a party with such a majority and who used to be on the left side of centre.
