2019 I met Peter David during MROC’s announcement. He spotted the giant Maestro statue we built for NYCC and came to our booth, casually said “I created that guy”. Of course we knew who he was, and invited him to sit on the Maestro throne. I had then the chance to thank him for all his work. #RIP
