A Texas judge ruled Monday afternoon that Prospect Medical Holdings, the now-bankrupt company that once owned four Delaware County hospitals, is approved to legally abandon two of them, after struggles to sell the properties.

The most recent incidents happened Sunday. A woman was approached by her car on South 15th Street around 1 a.m. and later that afternoon, a woman was assaulted while unlocking her front door. The assaults date back to July 18.
