He wisely explained that a govt shutdown would have been the worst of the 2 "evils" ! A shutdown would have "given the keys to the Kingdom". The GOP would naturally blame the Dem's, AND then shut down Social Security, Affordable Healthcare, Medicare, ALL programs that HELP the 99% !
