September 19, 2025 at 8:44 PM
🦋 Speaking of ingesting and processing your data—we can now natively incorporate documentation about your products. Want to improve your messaging by incorporating customer language (our data) and tech specs (your data?). Go nuts.

🦋 Another reason to pop open some bubbly...we upgraded to Zod4 🥂
September 12, 2025 at 8:24 PM
It’s the sort of week where ‘staging’ has more in it than ‘prod’. Nevertheless….

🦋 Echo is almost 2x faster.

🦋 We now ingest and process our interviews & your data in batches; this’ll improve performance and resiliency. Wahoo!

July 18, 2025 at 8:47 PM
Things we shipped this week (1/3):

🦋 It’s not often that you get to announce a 100x performance improvement… but today is the day. Our RAG used to take ~0.5s to run after a query; now, it’s 5 milliseconds. Ridiculous!

Things we shipped this week (1/2)

🦋 Internet & Organization Data are now live—you can now, in a single location, get insights that pulls from the entire internet + your sales & CS calls + our massive interview dataset. Try asking it “what feature gaps lead to us losing deals?”

Company offsite week - at 9,800'.
While our HQ is in Boise, our Eng team lives at sea level, which means they had 1/3rd less oxygen availability that normal.
Despite that, we built during our hackathon, merged our embedding infrastructure, and set up a “state machine” for something coming soon 🦋
June 13, 2025 at 8:43 PM
