1. i dive and kill supports better on phreak than dva or winston...that's saying something
2. no doubt the block is probably get nerfed and then he'll be utter useless

hazard's ultimate goes through walls for some reason so it's basically a better earthshatter but the enemies don't get stunned into oblivion, just halted
