It’s inspiring to read that you are recovering & running again. I’m returning from a fall & eye surgery. As an older runner, progress is slow esp with days missed bc of icy weather. I’m at 1.6 miles, used to run 5K regularly. Would you mind explaining what c25k means in one of your posts sometime?
