How is putting federal troops into an American city not tyranny? Where are the 2A supporters and why aren't they calling this out?

I think all of us that invest and/or have IRAs and 401Ks understand that risk is involved in the process. We adjust our investments based on "risk tolerance." But when there is sudden, unpredictable, massive, and illogical, shift in the market, that's not in the space of anyone's risk tolerance.
