My grandma recorded Witches (1990 version) and the Dark Crystal on a VHS tape, and let us( me and three other sibs) watch it.... scared the shit out of us. My grandparents were also the ones who took us all to see Jurrasic Park in theaters when I was 6 (sibs 9,8 4) ah the 90s.

I think it would be a great idea! I had to have a conversation with my parents about how it's my daughter's decision. They still try and force a hug from her, so I still speak up for her. Work in progress. Just want my kid to know she has a choice.
