It was also great to hear SCCB Principal Mike Hopkins and Rigby Foundation Executive Director Sonia Chhatwal talk about how important the programme is for the region.

🔹 In GCSE maths, the gap narrows to just 2.5 percentage points.
🔹 In GCSE English, the gap is not only closed—it’s reversed, with disadvantaged students outperforming their peers by 1.6 percentage points.

Today, we’re proud to launch our latest Impact Report. It shows that, across 2021-24, our GCSE Resit Tuition Programme:
✅ Achieved pass rates substantially above the national average.
✅ Narrowed the attainment gap between students from disadvantaged backgrounds & their peers.

3/ When asked to rate how likely they were to recommend the programme to others, learners rated the programme 9.4/10 on average, with over 70% giving a perfect 10. ⭐
Sessions were rated 4.8/5, resources scored 4.6/5 and, unsurprisingly, our fantastic tutors received the highest rating of 4.9/5! ⭐
