Nope, like last time, Trump will cover their losses with farm welfare. That is the only kind of welfare that is ok. I live in a farming community. Town cafe full of farmers going on about how bad welfare is, get rid of it, make people work…..not a bad thing but they never complain when it’s them.

Being a tribal citizen ( living outside the nation boundaries) I am, quite honestly, shocked that OK is as red as it is with the Native American population & Trumps attack on a tribal nation in upstate NY bc he wanted to open a casino there and couldn’t.

Not just the sad and insecure. The unemployed & underemployed who live off the tax dollar paid by the WORKING people in blue states. Drive through those southern red states and look at the ramshackle, run down, hovels they live in with Trump signs in their front yards! I’m serious….its everywhere

Illinois pays for red states too. Trumps IRS downsizing should open the door to a not filing federal taxes protest & see who pays the red states bills.

And we happily hosted the Texas Democrats here. JB looking at some redistricting here. The part of the state I live in is rural agriculture & woods……aka red district. A lot of IL is red so not sure how he will make it work.

The ONLY way this is going to stop is if voters elect not only majority in the House but the super majority needed in the Senate to have an impeachment conviction pass.

Would be great if Zelensky didn’t need Trump for some help against Russia.

And interestingly enough……convicted of FINANCIAL crimes! Not to mention the multiple bankruptcies. Think that disqualifies him from offering financial advice.

Huckleberry Finn is a great novel. The only one I hated was Animal Farm. Wonder how long it will be before Shakespeare’s works are banned. ( if they aren’t already).

To Kill A Mockingbird has been banned too.

I can’t think anyone would buy them except for “ status symbol” since they are expensive.

Sounds like my life. Except I know why I can find a saw…..my sons hide them from me whenever I go buy one because I can’t find the last one I bought.

When the likes of Franklin Graham et al chose to jump into the political realm is when their tax exempt status needed to be revoked. Democrats should have done it and I hope they do when they are able to.

While acknowledging the importance of other religions holidays. Christianity is a cornerstone of the birth of this nation and the quest for religious freedom. Trump is not the way to go though. Organized religion is unrecognizable since his first term.

Part of the problem is the “attack on Christmas”. Fights over nativities in town squares, Christmas break renamed “winter break”, no more Christmas programs/parties at school. Excuse those who don’t want to participate but don’t take away a cornerstone of Christian tradition.
