People died for the benefits that we now have & we have to continue to fight for them because the Russian Republicans want to take them away. We as Americans are at the bottom of the list when they compare us to other countries all because of the Russian Republicans.

Exercise is a grand thing. But also sometimes a fairly optimistic idea, when suggested to someone sitting in their recliner, watching their fingernails fall out and resisting movement because it triggers vomiting of Krakatoan proportions.
