I follow back (Non MAGAts Only)
Hysterical that they want her ousted even before a trial whilst being rabid defenders of a serial offender with 34 felony convictions.

Your level of discourse is an example to us all.
It's on a par with Starmer's leadership skills. 👍

He's less popular than smallpox. That's just a fact.
i'm not responsible for his messaging and his party management, he is - and he's screwed up both.
I couldn't give a toss about the LP soap opera, my main concern is avoiding the UK becoming a MAGA swamp and
Starmer makes that more likely. 🤷‍♂️

Burnham as PM with Milliband as Chancellor is probably the best shot. Burnham because he's untouched by any of the fiascos and Milliband because he understands the economics as well as anyone at the Treasury and is an actual pragmatic radical.

Absolutely not, he's oily, patronising and patently phoney.
At the very least they need someone who can convincingly fake sincerity.
November 12, 2025 at 11:04 AM
He has the charisma of a carpet slipper, he's bureaucrat not a leader. He's inadvertently helping the far-right cabal determined to bring about a Reform Reich.
If Labour are to climb out of the pit they're in, they need someone who can fight Farage and inspire the country with a vision - ie not him.

There are districts, both blue & red that would elect a cactus with the right rosette and some of the most useless assh*les I ever worked with had been in post for decades.

Talent, honesty & determination to fight for ordinary people are all that matters - bench-warming & ass-kissing not so much.

In a cabinet brimming with grey mediocrities, Nandy is possibly the most woeful.
Only in the job because Starmer felt obliged to give her something, I'm sure he's delighted that the spotlight has suddenly fixed on - what was supposed to be - her backwater department.
November 10, 2025 at 10:28 AM
Possibly time to accept it's just not salvageable in its current form.

Fixing the decades of reputational and operational damage would take more money - and more backbone - than the Starmer government has.

Real regulation of UK broadcasting and news standards is what is most urgently needed now.
November 10, 2025 at 10:18 AM
Ironically, you might say exactly the same about Trump.
November 9, 2025 at 6:53 PM
He never should have been in the job in the first place.
His past as a Tory candidate and apparatchik should have excluded him from consideration.
His real failure was allowing the entire BBC editorial line to be dictated by the Daily Mail.
November 9, 2025 at 6:43 PM
God forbid anyone should suggest that the most dangerous liar in modern political history deliberately incited a dangerous mob - it's not like we all watched it live on TV or anything. 😑
November 9, 2025 at 6:25 PM
Good riddance to Tory stooge Davie but for the most ridiculous reason imaginable.
November 9, 2025 at 6:11 PM
It's not a criminal offence.

I can't abide Reeves or her monetarist policies but pretending that this is a real scandal or that the Daily Mail is anything other than rancid BS is really not helping anyone but Farage.
October 31, 2025 at 10:19 AM
He abandoned the concept of right and wrong thirty years ago.
October 31, 2025 at 10:07 AM
You could power the entire country for a month on the energy it takes to pretend there is an actual scandal here.
Truly pathetic LBC.
October 31, 2025 at 10:06 AM
He's the Daily Mail made rancid, sweaty flesh.
October 31, 2025 at 10:02 AM
I'm sure that was an apposite respone to some point or other.
October 30, 2025 at 3:26 PM
Perhaps sticking to criticism of her atrocious fiscal policy rather than retailing Daily Mail guff might be the way to go. 🤷‍♂️
October 30, 2025 at 3:21 PM
Him or me?
October 30, 2025 at 3:17 PM
Maybe she should do more bunjee jumping, or arsing around in an inflatable donut. 🤔
