As I said, you could see all that coming. The SNP won in 2007, and it wasn’t an overnight success. Farage has been at it for decades. The Greens knew what seats they were likely to pick up in 2024. 2029 will likely be different, but 2024 was red or blue.

Slightly different voting system 😂

I can’t understand it because you keep answering a question I didn’t ask you. If you had no preference between Labour or the Tories, you very clearly do not hate the Tories as much as I do.

That’s not what I asked you. You just acknowledged you knew one of them was going to win, I asked if you had a preference. Are you saying if it’s not the greens you don’t care who it is?
March 9, 2025 at 10:17 AM
You wanted them to win, but you knew they wouldn’t, because you knew Labour or the Tories would win, which is exactly what I have been saying while you’ve all been acting like that’s mental. Are you telling me you had no preference between Labour or Tories winning?
March 9, 2025 at 10:12 AM
You told me who you voted for, not who you wanted to win the election. Did you think it was going to be the Greens?
March 9, 2025 at 10:05 AM
Who did you want to win?

I hate this Labour Party. And I hate the Tories more. That’s the choice I made because I’m a grown up.

It’s not the voters who need to try, it’s the parties, Thom. The greens heavily targeted seats they knew they were doing well in. They were barely seen in seats where they had no chance.
That’s how FPTP works. Don’t hate the player, hate the game.
March 9, 2025 at 9:39 AM
Good. But that’s not the case everywhere. They got 6.7% of the vote and had no chance of winning 95% of the seats they stood in.

No. I don’t need to feel good about myself. I had a binary decision and I made a choice. Do you feel good about yourself when you walk on pavements and not in the middle of the road?
