Oh no why are people being weird about stuffing the turkey with stuffing now? If the cavity/stuffing isn’t cooked the bird isn’t cooked either? Thermometer it? Swear it won’t get overdone if you baste and foil accordingly.

Might be slightly tangential: The Miracle of Mindfulness by Thich Nhat Hanh. Without the foreword it comes across almost mundane, contextualized with it it’s like a gut punch (it’s a compiled collection of correspondences during the Vietnam War).
