Your dignity also doesnt depend on your citizenship status. Or immigration status. Yes, there are people in Germany too that must be deported.
Criminals on asylum or whatnot. But, there is a way to do this in a humane way. Not dehumanize people, and treat them worse like animals.

This obliges the government to respect and protect these rights, making it a central fundamental right.

Invoked after the reign of Nazi terror, to ensure that something like said Nazi terror could not ever happen again.

Hoping that something is learned here too, after this current regime is gone.
